Welcome to Terra Ridge!
Terra Ridge is a luxury condominium community located in Coralville, Iowa just north of Interstate 80 between Highway 965 and 12th Avenue. The community consists of 61 units (11 single family homes and 25 duplexes). The residents of the Terra Ridge include families and individuals from the educational and business community who have chosen to enjoy a comfortable, low to no-maintenance lifestyle.
Homes in the community range from 2800 sq. feet to 4000 sq. feet of finished space. Terra Ridge is located on land that was once a horse farm and is near both elementary and junior high schools in the Iowa City Community School District. Terra Ridge is located less than 20 miles from the Eastern Iowa Regional Airport in Cedar Rapids, Iowa which is easily accessible using the Interstate 380. This airport is serviced by Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier and United airlines.

Terra Ridge is also located about 25 minutes from the Coralville Reservoir and Lake MacBride State Park, the premier boating, fishing, and outdoor swimming facility in the immediate area. The "Res" (Coralville Reservoir) also offers camping and numerous hiking/walking trails. And, just a bit further off of Mehaffey Bridge Road in North Liberty is the University of Iowa Macbride Nature Recreation Area which also offers numerous hiking and cross country ski trails, and for members of the Hawkeye Sailing Club, access to the sailing fleet.
