The Association will provide a prospective buyer and/or their agent with key Association documents.

Prospective unit owners may access the Association’s website that contains comprehensive information and documents of the Association.
There is a $250 entry fee when joining the Association or $1,000 if the buyer does not submit an inspection report to the Association
Monthly assessments are $390 through June 30, 2026.
Some units are subject to an agreement that subject a successor owner to maintenance responsibility for specific modifications to the unit. Check with the seller, or Stan Miller.
