The Association provides prospective buyers and/or their agent with information typically requested for a pending sale. Prospective owners may access the Association’s website that contains comprehensive information and documents.

There is a $250 entry fee when joining the Association, or $1,000 if the buyer does not submit an inspection report to the Association.
Monthly assessments are $420 effective October 1, 2026.
Some units are subject to an agreement that subject a successor owner to maintenance responsibility for specific modifications to the unit. Check with the seller, or Stan Miller.
